4.3 Requesting a correction — What it does

You can send a Request Correction to your manager for wrong or missing check-in/check-out. The manager can approve or reject it.

4.4 Request correction — How to do it

  1. In Timesheets, open the record you want to correct.
  2. Tap Request Correction.
  3. Briefly explain why you need the correction.
  4. Tap Submit.

Success: The request is “Pending” and goes to your manager. You can track its status under “Correction request” on the Today screen.

If something goes wrong:
