Requesting a correction — What it does
You can send a Request Correction to your manager for wrong or missing check-in/check-out. The manager can approve or reject it.
Request correction — How to do it
- In Timesheets, open the record you want to correct.
- Tap Request Correction.
- Briefly explain why you need the correction.
- Tap Submit.
Success: The request is “Pending” and goes to your manager. You can track its status under “Correction request” on the Today screen.
If something goes wrong:

| Request already opened | If you can’t open another request for the same record, check the current request’s status (Approved / Rejected / Pending). |
| Rejected | If the manager rejected it, check whether you can open a new request; if not, contact your manager. |
