ROTA Distance Sales Agreement

Effective Date: 19 August 2026

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the distance-selling disclosure requirements applicable to the online purchase of a ROTA Corporate Software Platform subscription from Luminis Lojistik Teknoloji Ticaret Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("LUMİNİS"). It supplements, and does not replace, the ROTA Corporate Software Use and Subscription Agreement, which governs the substantive commercial terms of the subscription.

The customer purchases the subscription in the course of its own trade or business; this purchase is not a consumer transaction.

The legally binding version of this Agreement is the Turkish original, available at https://rota-app.com/legal/mesafeli-satis-sozlesmesi/tr. This English text is provided for information purposes only; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
