Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rota mobile application and website (https://rota-app.com) operated by Luminis Lojistik Teknoloji Ticaret Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Rota is a business-to-business (B2B) workforce management platform offering shift planning, attendance tracking, leave management, and related features. The Service is provided to organizations subscribing to Rota ("Employers") and their employees invited to the platform by their employers ("Users").
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account through credentials provided by your employer or through our registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Disrupt or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
- Transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious content through the Service.
- Share your account credentials with another person.
4. Employer Responsibilities
Employers subscribing to the Service are obligated to ensure that the use of workforce data collected through the Service complies with applicable labor laws, data protection regulations, and their own internal policies. Employers are responsible for informing their employees about the use of the Service and obtaining necessary consents.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the Rota brand, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://rota-app.com/legal/privacy/en.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
8. Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account at any time through the application settings or by contacting us at support@rota-app.com. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by your employer for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of a breach of these Terms. Your employer may also terminate your access under the subscription agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
