Annex to the ROTA Corporate Software Use and Subscription Agreement

This Data Processing and Security Undertaking sets out the obligations of Luminis Lojistik Teknoloji Ticaret Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("LUMİNİS") and the customer organization ("Customer") regarding the processing of Customer's employees' personal data under Article 12 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as an integral part of the Subscription Agreement.
