What Are the Rights of the Data Subject Under Article 11 of the Law?
As a personal data subject, we hereby inform you that you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred within or outside Turkey,
- To request the correction of your personal data if incompletely or incorrectly processed, and to request that such correction be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data when the reasons requiring its processing have ceased, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation, and to request that such deletion or destruction be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against yourself due to the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Application Method
You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law") to our Company through one of the methods described below, pursuant to Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.

Important Notes:
- For applications to be evaluated, they must be sent with a signature. Applications sent via email or KEP must be signed with an e-signature or mobile signature.
- To expedite the processing of your applications and speed up responses, please add "personal data subject application form" to the subject line of your correspondence.

Subject of Request
Please write your application request regarding your personal data in a clear and understandable language, indicate which of the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law you base your application on, and attach relevant information and documents to your application.

Explanations
In accordance with Article 13 of the KVK Law, our Company will finalize the personal data subject's application requests to our Company free of charge as soon as possible, and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the operation requires additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Board may be requested from the personal data subject.
Pursuant to Article 14 of the KVK Law, in the event that the application is rejected, the response is deemed insufficient, or no response is provided within the time limit, the personal data subject may file a complaint with the Board within 30 (thirty) days of learning of our Company's response and in any case within 60 (sixty) days of the application date.
I request that my application submitted to your Company in line with the requests specified above be evaluated pursuant to Article 13 of the Law and that I be informed. I declare and undertake that the information and documents I have provided to you in this application are true and up to date, that your Company may request additional information to finalize my application, and that I have been informed that I may be required to pay the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board if the operation requires additional cost.
