ROTA Delivery and Refund Terms

This document sets out the delivery and refund terms applicable to ROTA Corporate Software Platform subscriptions provided by Luminis Lojistik Teknoloji Ticaret Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("LUMİNİS"). ROTA is a cloud-based software-as-a-service subscription with no physical goods delivery; "delivery" means the electronic activation of the customer's account and access to the platform, which normally occurs immediately upon payment confirmation and no later than 1 business day thereafter.

This document supplements, and does not replace, the ROTA Distance Sales Agreement and the ROTA Corporate Software Use and Subscription Agreement.
