2.1 Inbox and document assignment response (employee)

Who it’s for: Employee

What it does: Lets you view documents assigned to you and respond (read & acknowledge or upload a file).

How to do it:

  1. From the Profile tab, tap Company Documents; or go to Documents / inbox if the app directs you there.
  2. Select the pending assignment. The Document assignment detail screen opens.
  3. Read the document. Depending on the response type:
    • Read & acknowledge: Mark that you’ve read and acknowledged it.
    • Upload file: Choose the required file from your device and upload.
  4. Tap Submit / Save.

Success: The assignment becomes “Acknowledged” or “Submitted”; the manager can then approve or reject.
