1.1 Sign in and organisation selection
Who it’s for: All users
What it does: Lets you sign in securely and choose the organisation you work for. You can sign in with email and password or with Google / Microsoft.
How to do it:
- Open the app.
- On the Sign In screen:
- Enter your email and password and tap Sign In; or
- Continue with Sign in with Google / Sign in with Microsoft.
- If you belong to more than one organisation, select the one you want to work in from the list.
- After sign-in, the Today tab opens with your assigned shifts or a “No shift today” message.
Success: The Today tab and your shift info (if any) appear on the home screen.
If something goes wrong:
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| No organizations found | No organisation is linked to this email. Contact your manager or try email/password sign-in. |
| Login failed | Check your password. Verify your internet connection and try again. |
| Network error | Check your internet connection; sign in again once connected. |
| Invalid or expired reset link | The password reset link is no longer valid. Request a new link via “Forgot Password?”. |
