4.1 Update personal details

Who it’s for: All users

What it does: Lets you update phone, emergency contact name and number, address, etc. Some fields (phone, emergency contact) are required to be able to check in.

How to do it:

1. Go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Personal Details. The Edit Profile screen opens.
3. Update the editable fields (phone, emergency contact name and number, address, etc.).
4. Tap Save.

Success: A confirmation like “Profile saved successfully” appears; the “Complete Your Profile” warning won’t show at check-in if required fields are filled.

If something goes wrong: If required fields are missing, the app shows an error. Fill all required fields and save again.
