ROTA Corporate Software Use and Subscription Agreement

Effective Date: 14 July 2026

This Subscription Agreement is a business-to-business (B2B) software use, license and service agreement between Luminis Lojistik Teknoloji Ticaret Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("LUMİNİS") and the subscribing organization ("Customer").

The legally binding version of this Agreement is the Turkish original, available at https://rota-app.com/legal/abonelik-sozlesmesi/tr. This English text is provided for information purposes only; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
