2.2 (Manager) Assign and approve documents
Who it’s for: Manager, Owner
What it does: From web admin or the app you can assign documents to staff; you can approve or reject responses (acknowledgement or uploaded file).
How to do it (summary):
- Web: On the Documents page, upload a document or assign an existing one to staff/branch; set a due date.
- App / Web: Open incoming assignment responses; complete with Approve or Reject.
