Explicit Consent for the International Transfer of Processed and Stored Personal Data

This document has been prepared by Luminis Lojistik Teknoloji Ticaret Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as "Luminis"), in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Law"), for the purpose of the possibility of transferring abroad the personal data collected through cookies installed on the Rota mobile application, https://rota-app.com, and https://my.rota-app.com, which are interconnected and serve a common purpose, and shared by companies receiving services or directly by the data subject.

Processing and Transfer of Personal Data

From the date of approval of this explicit consent text, the data subject, for the purposes of answering questions regarding the employee based on the employment relationship between Luminis and the Company with which it has a contractual bond, enabling the execution and organization of the Company's activities, conducting performance evaluations correctly and objectively, ensuring corporate and administrative management, creating the personnel file, fulfilling other legal obligations determined by Labor Law No. 4857, Social Security and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, and other legislation, enabling the Company to prove its business relationship with the relevant Employee, effectively using its claim and defense rights in a possible legal process, and other purposes that will arise in the future and be informed of by the Company; in accordance with "Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data" and other laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal data, considering the standards regarding information security and protection of personal data in respect of all personal data processed by the Company concerning the data subject, and in compliance with the principles specified in the legislation;

Acknowledges and explicitly consents that personal data may be stored, processed, used, and transferred by Luminis in databases located within Turkey and/or in the United States or a member country of the European Union, by the Company and/or by data processors designated by the Company.

Final Provisions

This explicit consent text has been prepared within the framework of the rules of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and with this explicit consent text, the consenter declares that the privacy notices regarding all obligations imposed by the Law have been provided by Luminis, that the relevant privacy notice and this explicit consent text have been read, understood, and approved, and that the content of the obligations and sanctions specified in the Law has been understood and accepted.
